Embroidery

Embroidery

This is one of our most popular applications, as it provides a durable finish and can be applied to many different types of fabric. We can match pantone colours to embroidery threads and we take the time to choose the most effective colours from many shades to create your logo to a high standard.

A quality embroidered design is hard wearing and can be washed as per the garment instructions without affecting the colours and clarity of your logo and provides a professional image and can be applied to many substrates.

For new logos and changes to existing one we firstly look at your design to ascertain the most suitable material and then look at the colours according to the colour of the products chosen. Your logo is then digitised into stitches in a program that is compatible with our embroidery machines and we then send a simulation visual to check you are happy. We then run a sample on a swatch for you to approve.

Screen printing

Screenprinting

Screen printing is suitable mainly for larger volumes of prints and the result it creates.

We use automated screen print carousels as well as manual carousels which allows us to produce quality screen printing onto a wide range of materials.

The machine consists of:

10 palettes, 8 stations which allows us to print up to 9 colours onto light garment & 8 colours onto darks.Once printed the garments are cured through a dryer to cure the ink.

Screen printing is great for around 25+ garments with 1/ 2 colours and higher quantities for 1 colour to full colour process.

Heat applied transfers

Transfer Printing

Your logo is heat applied to your garment and / or promotional item using transfers .There are many types of transfers according to the quantity, material and style.

Vinyl Cad Transfers

Idea for 1/2 colours , small runs and individual names, numbers and initials.

Digital Transfers

Great for multiple coloured logos and smaller runs to achieve maximum effect at a low cost and avoiding set up charges.

Screen print Transfers We can also screen print transfer where we would screen print onto transfer paper directly and then we can keep these in stock and apply as and when required. These are good for larger quantities to keep the price per transfer down and provide a flexible and cost effective way should this be a better option. This is also good where your logo may be too small to weed out from the transfer material.

There are also many other types of transfer including flock, reflective , embroidery effect and more.

Sublimation

sublimination

Your design is printed onto sublimation transfer sheets using liquid gel ink and then placed on a heat press along with the garment to be sublimated.  This takes the right amount of time, temperature and the pressure as well as the correct material to sublimate to, this includes polyester garments also a range of products suitable including bags and caps. The effect that is created is a high resolution, full colour print and this is because the dyes are infused into the substrate rather than sitting on top of the garment as with transfer printing.

This method is great for sports kits such as football shirts, net ball dresses, also for clubs and also uniforms.
