To record, process and manage any accounts related information, including, if necessary, debt management through third parties

If you work for us in any capacity whether as an employee or contractor then we will record your details

We also obtain information about your business contact details or role within a business from Kent Libraries which is publicly available information to any business based within the Kent County Council Local Authority Area.

7. How long do we keep your personal data?
We keep your personal data for no longer than reasonably necessary and we only retain your data for the following purposes and use the following criteria to determine how long to retain your personal data:
1. If you purchase goods or services from us we will retain your data for no more than 7 years from the last date of purchase to confirm with our obligations under tax legislation and to promote the continue sale of further goods and services.
2. If you work for us your data is held including information about your right to work in the United Kingdom as required by the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006. Your personal data will be retained for a period of 7 years to conform to tax legislation.
3. If we hold your data purely for the purposes of direct marketing then this will be retained for no longer than three years from our acquisition of the data unless you purchase goods and / or services from us in that time span in which event we will then continue to hold your data for the time spans detailed at 7.1 and / or 7.2 above.
8. Providing us with your personal data
If purchasing goods and services from us then we require sufficient information from you to enable us to provide an invoice and delivery details and communication details. If paying by credit or debit card no information is stored by us once the transaction has been authorised by us and / or the card processing company.
If you work for us we require appropriate documentation to confirm your entitlement to work in the UK.

Unless subject to an exemption under GDPR you have the following rights with respect to your personal data:
The right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
The right to request that we correct any personal data if found to be inaccurate or out of date;
The right to request your personal data is erased where it is no longer necessary to retain such data;
The right to withdraw your consent to the processing at any time where consent was our lawful basis for processing your data where we are obliged to retain this for legal purposes;
The right to request that we provide you with your personal data and where possible, to transmit that data and where possible, to transmit the data directly to another data controller (known as the right to data portability), (where applicable i.e. where the processing is based on consent or is necessary for the performance of a contract with the data subject and where the data controller processes the data by automated means);
The right, where there is a dispute in relation to the accuracy or processing of your personal data, to request a restriction is placed on further processing:
